Confidence – Why choose us over your own insurer?
1 – Why shouldn’t I just go through my own insurer?
Because you may:
• Pay excess fees or extra charges for a courtesy vehicle
• Wait longer for a replacement car
• Receive a standard vehicle that doesn’t meet your needs (e.g. not TFL licensed)
• Lose control of how your claim is handled
• Face higher premiums at renewal
2 – Will this affect my no-claims bonus?
No — your no-claims bonus remains protected since all costs are claimed from the at-fault insurer.
